PLIBA - Terms & Conditions

i) All information that you provide to us or to PLIBA will be treated in accordance with our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to our use of your personal data as described in our Privacy Policy, then you must not use PLIBA.

ii) You agree not to submit any material that is illegal, threatening, libellous, or that could be considered as incitement to unlawful behaviour of any kind.

iii) We reserve the right to review Services that are posted on PLIBA. For the avoidance of doubt, you hereby acknowledge and agree that we are not involved in the negotiations or transactions that take place between PLIBA users. We are therefore not responsible (and have no liability) for and have no control over the quality, safety or legality of items that are posted or listed on PLIBA, nor are we responsible for the veracity or accuracy of the goods or items that are listed or posted on PLIBA. However, if it comes to our attention that any listing or posting on PLIBA is inappropriate, is a Restricted Item or is unlawful in any way, then we reserve the right to remove the listed item from PLIBA without notice.

iv) We are not responsible for users of PLIBA successfully concluding a transaction or booking.

v) You agree that you will provide a full and truthful description of the Service that you list on PLIBA, and that it will not be deceptive or misleading in any way. You will include such text or graphic description of the item that will provide the user with a full and fair understanding of the item that you wish to offer.

vi) We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any transaction or your account at any time if we suspect that there is any misleading or fraudulent activity in connection with your account.

vii) The provisions of this section only apply to the extent permitted by law. Nothing in these Terms operates to exclude or restrict our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence or the negligence of our employees or for fraud. Nothing in these Terms affects any statutory rights that you may have.

viii) The Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ireland, and shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Irish courts.
